2days without electricity

good day <br> <br> I called Eskom contact center on the 18.08.2015 spoke to koena reporting that my parents dont have electricity at stand number 633 lorraine village ga -sekororo i got this reference number *** ,then my parents waited for assistance from Eskom the whole night no one came,I called again the following day reference number *** spoke with koena again she said the refence number says They came and assisted and electricity is okay but they did not come .then i called again spoke to pam reference number *** and said eskom came but the gates were locked,i told her that the gate was never locked my parents waited for help until now. my parents are very old cant even read or write so the spent two nights without electricity.
