200 dogs without water! THANKS ESKOM

14/12/2018 our transformer was struck by lightning at 8pm, we are a boarding kennel at Xmas that house 200 dogs, and staff of 15. We have not had power nor running water (borehole supp****) since. I have been on the phone for at least TWO hours to a million 'help'desk consultants, listening to various stories of technicians and the transformer on the way, I have waited in since we took down our fences, (taking away four needed gardens for our boarding dogs). IM SICK OF WAITING AND SICK OF CALLING TO HEAR *******!!!!!!!!!!!!! No supervisors are allowed to be called, - probably as they wouldn't be able to handle the matter themselves...so what does it matter... but three days of running water is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is NO ONE ELSE TO REPORT THIS MATTER OF **** COUNTRY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO ONE ELSE TO TURN TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS HOW THE WHOLE COUNTRY IS GOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
