2 weeks without electricity previous references closed without being attended to they claim my phone is off and I’m not on the residence and provided a wrong address which is not true , so even if you not at the address meaning you don’t get assistance as

Good morning Brits Eskom Team,

I am writing to escalate a power outage that has now lasted two weeks at my property.

My Details: Address: E815 Sunnyside, Bapong (Next to Bapong Clinic) Meter Number: *** Current *** Previous References: ***, ***, ***

Since I first reported last week, I have not received a single call from your team, despite both my phones working perfectly. I have been on standby at the property because it is unsafe without power.

We now also have no water due to the prolonged outage as we use a borehole.

I am concerned that other clients who reported on the same day as me have been assisted, while I am being ignored. We all purchase electricity and deserve fair service.

I have followed all correct procedures. Please can you:

1. Confirm receipt of this complaint 2. Provide a technician dispatch time for TODAY 3. Unlike the previous 4 references you closed without resolution.

If Eskom is unable to assist, please tell me in writing so I can make alternative arrangements. I do not want to connect *******ly like others in the community are forced to do.

I will also be escalating this to the Eskom National Complaints and NERSA if not resolved individually this time unlike the transfomer one as I purchase electricity.

I am available on both my numbers and I am at the stand now.
