2 weeks without electricity

I dont know where to start but I am sick and tired of trying to get hold of Eskom. I dont know how many time i have called in their call center to try and get assisted by them. It's been 2 weeks without electricity we have called numerous times and we have gone to their nearest branch which is in khayelitsha to report this matter however we still have not been assisted. I am currently working from home and I have to explain why am I not able to work or why haven't we been assisted yet by eskom, I might lose my job because of this, i have kids at home and my youngest has flu I cant bath her because we dont have warm water. How is this far? I dont know what more can I say because I have run out of words but Eskom and it's people have been ****en assholes.
