2 hours loadshedding going for extra 6-10 hours due to overload on the grid

hi I am a resident at Protea Glen Ext 44, we are experiencing a serious problem when it comes to electricity, when loadshedding is scheduled for 2 hours it goes for 8 to 12 hours, we are not able to cook and our children find it hard to do their home works.
