2-3days without any electricity 4times in 5months

Our plot has been without electricity for periods of 2-3 days 4 times over the past 5 months. This is the 5th time, and it is already 1 and a half days since we last had electricity. I have a 2 year old child who needs to bath and whose clothes I need to wash. I am a professional who needs to work at home in the evenings, and needs to iron my work clothes. I have had to throw away all the food in my fridge each time. RESPONSE TIME IS UNACCEPTABLY SLOW.
