!!!!!!?????????

I have been sitting in my house, in the winter cold, with a 6 week old baby since 9am Friday morning. I've probably called them 6-7 times a day since then and they've been promising remote reconnection ..... Still in the dark. My account is up to date but the no electricity for me. I'm at my wits end
