17+ hours power outage!!!

After 17+ hours of power outages of certain houses in our area Eskom has still failed to respond to any complaints or emails sent to them,are you f@$#!* for real???? I understand scheduled loadshedding BUT 17 HOURS WITHOUT ELECTRICITY AND NO FEEDBACK!!
