16 hours without electricity

Our power in daleside goes our everyone around us has power we call in get ref numbers and 16 hours later still no one has come out to sort out the problem. I have a mother in law that is on permanent oxygen. This electrical problem happens from 4 in the afternoon and by 8am Saturday morning we still sitting without electricity. We have no joy from eskom as they don't assist. We have been calling in since December 2015 with the same problem. They expect you to pay your account every month but they don't sort the problem out.
