10 days electricity outages without being assisted

We have been without power for more than 10 days. We logged a call on the 20th of August 2024 reference number is *** and till date we still do not have electricity. When ever we follow up eskom says they are aware of the problem and will send technicians to attend to it. We had to throw food out, we can't charge laptops and phones this inconvenience is then affecting us working from home negatively
