As the world evolves everyday we at Ivory Park are heading back to the stone age times day by day. Imagine not having electric power for 2MONTHS? Guys come on, this is ridiculous let me draw a picture of how much inconvenience we facing daily. 1. What makes me sick is the fact that we have a year old baby that needs warm water atleast 3 times a day 2. We have subscriptions that that we are being charged for on a monthly bases such as DSTV and Data 3. We have been forced to eat all the food in the fridge forced to eat fast food which is more costly 4. We call your call canter almost everyday mind you the calls are chargeable spending about R30 on one call waiting for long hours for the call to be answered if it happens you get a RUDE , GRUMPY and PATHETIC assistant that will make you feel like you wasting their "precious" time by calling , who will then tell you that the flippen query has been resolved and give a new ref. we made numerous attempts asking the for the cause to be investigated with no luck this is sickening a whole 2Months? ayi khona this is too much please do something atleast for the Baby's sake.
