Unresolved issue for more than a year

I have been trying to contact them for over a year to rectify my SARS issue and not only is it still not fixed but no one ever responds to any of my communication, when one calls no one answers when one emails no one responds. It has been a very frustrating experience with them from day one of my claim and the service has rather become detrimental to my daily life
