Two-pot withdrawal

Good day,

It has been over a week since I app**** for my two-pot withdrawal on the 3rd of March 2025, yet I have received no feedback regarding any issues with my claim. On the 10th of March, I followed up with EPPF via phone, only to receive conflicting responses.

First, I was informed that they were waiting for the bank to verify my account. Then, I was asked to submit a clearer copy of my certified ID, which I did on the same day, assuming it would speed up the process. However, no progress was made.

When I called again on the 11th of March, I was told that they were still waiting for bank verification and that they would resend the request. Today, upon following up once more, I was suddenly informed that there is a "divorce flag" on my name. This is confusing, as I already submitted my divorce decree last year when a similar issue delayed my previous claim.

Does this mean I have to submit the same document every year? I am extremely frustrated and confused by the lack of clear communication, as I receive different explanations each time I call. It seems that the consultants and administrators are not aligned on the actual status of my claim.

I urgently request clarity on this matter and a resolution as soon as possible. Please advise on the exact issue delaying my claim and the necessary steps to resolve it.

I called again, and the information EPPF is requesting is nearly impossible to obtain. My divorce decree states that Exhibit C1+C2 is attached, but C1 is handwritten on the settlement agreement. However, Exhibit C2 was never provided to me by the court, and at this point, no one can determine what it refers to. The decree and settlement agreement I received from the court include everything that was agreed upon in the court of law, with official stamps on all pages.
I’ve been using this decree since my divorce was finalized in August 2023 without any issues. No other institution has ever questioned its validity. It’s frustrating that I am the one expected to track down this missing information when EPPF could provide clarity. If this were truly a major issue, why hasn’t anyone from EPPF reached out to resolve it? Instead, I am left chasing answers without any support.
