Pension withdrawal

I resigned and left Eskom service on 31 March 2020 and I have been struggling to get my money paid out eversince and I have worked for Eskom 30 Years. They think you are fools as they make promises they cant keep and don't respond to emails and you cant get hold of them on the phone, those who do pick up does not even wanna help, just keep on saying person working with it is not available. I am really disappointed with the service and I am not the only one, there are alot of other people strugling and those who did struggle for months and even went to Adjucator. I think that is my only next option to lodge a complain.
