Pathetic service....or lack thereof
I have been trying to Liase with EPPF regarding my pension fund payout. To get information is impossible. I have been sending emails with no response. Eskom is none the better, they never respond to the emails or information i require. You just get ignored. I would think the Pension fund would work for its contributors, but sadly they work for Eskom, and not the people that pay their pension.

13 Jun 2023, 08:48SO...THREE MONTHS later and we have not moved forward. Eskom has provided false information which cannot be substantiated. Yet i still have not received my Pension payout. EPPF legal is an absolute nightmare to try to communicate with. Clearly EPPF is being run by Eskom and for their benefit, not the Pension fund contributor. This is now taken up with the Ombudsman and I have engaged a lawyer, for which EPPF will be responsible for costs and losses.
