Horrible service, No communmication

Eskom Pension and Provident Fund has been giving me the run around for over six months without any communication since my husband passed away in January 2020. The unanswered e-mails and lack of communication is much to be desired. They can never tell you anything and I have not received no money since then. Yes people are working from home but honestly I fail do understand how no one can be held accountable for such horrible work ethic. This comapny does not even deserve any ratings as far as they have been treating people.
