Eskoms is ungrateful.

<p>My late father has been serving eskom for 45years,my home is filled with awards and certificates proving his service for this company sadly he passed on in 2012 and since then my mother is only receiving his monthly salary and when she wants to know the exact lump sump that belongs to her and how should it be distributed to beneficiaries they always give her the runarounds or just find someone who speaks big words while she is an old lady who really can't understand such...she has not worked a day seeing she is not any young and greatly depends on this money seeing that the breadwinner is no more...judging by the time my late father served at Eskom my mother thought paying out her late husband's benefits would not be a problem...hopefully eskom you don't do this to all your committed employees.</p>
