EPPF consultant not submitting CLAIM Documents as agreed and said to me.

On the 7th April 2024 i had a hour long meeting with an EPPF CONSULTANT going through the PENTION PAYOUT documents page, by page ensuring that the documentation is correct and complete for submission. I was then told by the CONSULTANT that from to date "7th April" payment will be 4 to 5 weeks from submitting. By the 4th week i enquired about the payment status trying to get hold of the CONSULTANT, sending E-mails and no response what so ever. Only to discover on the 19th of September 2024 that my documents WAS NOT submitted!!, and once documents are submitted i then have to wait AGAIN 5 to 6 weeks. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
