Maintenance of a rental property

My name is Ivy Mokwatsi and i live at unit 4, Piet My Vrou Complex in Terenure. We moved into a house end of January 2022 which we secured in Dec 2021.Eshcol advised of refurbishments that had to be done during the course of December and that we would move into a clean house. We moved into a dirty house, no painting was done or any of the refurbishments we agreed upon. The bathrooms are leaking, the jacuzzi area which was supposed to have been converted into a braai area is still standing. We live without security as we have been promised of the garage locks to be installed. A whole of snag list that was supposed to have been attended ro none of that has been done. We are paying 11k for this place and we are not treated with integrity. I need some sort of intervention as we agreed to keep our side of the contract by honoring monthly payments and Eshcol.is not giving us what we were promised. The agent also has an attitude and has threatened to charge us for se of the repairs that they were supposed to do. Her name is Natasha and she is hiving us a run around. We have asked for the owner of the property to come see the place as well but in vain. I have also contacted Liezl who is supposed to assist with no luck. I feel we arr being taken for a ride because we are a young black family...I don't think they would have treated their white counter parts this way. I need the owner of this unit to come see that his investment has not been looked after and we are paying a lot of money here. Please assist
