Bad service and negligence.

My name is Godwin Frederick . I stay at Falcon haven in kempton park house no. 18 On the 7th January we received a bill of 7000 while my monthly rental is 5100. We went to the office to find out they told us that the rent increased with 10% every 6 months without being notified. And when we checked the lease its not written in my copy but on his copy its written with hand. When I ssk him questions mr grobler he wanted to beat my fiancee and chase us in his office without even explain the whole problem we have.. I dont know if this is bcoz im a foreigner that's why he treat me like this or he thinks we don't have our rights. I want hello peter to help me with this problem.
