BAD SERVICE

Firstly emailed your office during the week on advertised rentals, NO RESPONSE, then phoned your office only to get greeted by a rude receptionist. Then asked to speak to Machteld regarding listings. Same rude attitude and can't even give sufficient info on the listings. Very bad, unfriendly, unhelpful service. I will never enquire on an Eshcol listing again as clearly your customers are not important enough to even respond to in a friendly manner.
