A **** - don't buy.
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Eseven Store. I placed an order that was clearly advertised with a 4–12 day delivery timeframe. It has now been over a month, and I have still not received my package. I have repeatedly tried to get updates and proper tracking information. The responses I receive (if any) are generic and do not resolve anything. The tracking link provided does not update or shows no movement. This is misleading and unfair to customers who pay in good faith. They avoid the question about a refund. This is false advertising and a lack of accountability. Don't make the mistake of buying from them.
