Why would a company want to lose a customer

I have used EST security software for over 2 years and wanted to renew my licences. Business is dynamic and so we have re-organised our system.<br> This means that we need 1 less licence this year. Requested price and was quoted 4 licences at one price and the 5 licence at almost 3 times as much.<br> When queried was told that's how it works. If you don't like it phone our managers. The attitude is take it or leave it . I asked for their manager to phone me. Guess what No phone call. <br>
