Poor supportive service from ESET South Africa

I bought ESET Ultimate and was supposed to receive a confirmation email to effect all functionalities.

I called ESET SA and they said it was an ESET .com issue which I had a eChat with and they said it was a SA issue.

I emailed ESET SA and received the following ID 253151. This was yesterday ***9

It is now the next day and no response.
