ESET SA - To Jean at Tech-Support - all them stars for you bro!!!

That at first I was little peeved off, is an understatement!

I eventually got hold for their phone number in Cape Town, and some calls later, technical support sent me emails.

Now, where the 5 stars come from - Mr. Jean! He let me load something on my laptop to enable him to go through the motions, and 2 minutes later my machines running and updating. In all fairness, I get really upset when things not work - especially in South Africa, where every Tom, **** and Harry (sorry, Sipo, Sandile and Sandwich) - think they are owed something - but for Jean at tech support - 5 stars!

Thank you for the great service, I will certainly see to it that we shift more pc's over to you as a result of today!
