Non Existent Customer Service!!!!!

This is very bad service and not very good as a first impression. @ E-Sense: Don't bother with fulfilling my order or refunding my hard earned money, I will not look at any E-sense products again.<br> <br> E-sense do not respond to customer queries regarding orders or product enquiries, an automated email was received upon placing an order and then nothing from there. Several requests for order progress was sent to their Support mailbox: [Email Removed] mails sent to their accounts dept: [Email Removed] and to their \Contact Us\" mailbox on [Email Removed] - Requests were even submitted through their webpage to no avail. How do they conduct business with larger companies or is that where there priorities lie?<br> "
