Why are children running your business???

What a strange experience. Our booking was for 10-11, and after signing in at 9.45, our presence wasn't aknowledged again until 10.20. The only workers present were children, who did not know how to communicate appropriately with customers, or solve problems related to the service they offer. Eventually we went on a walk by horseback through their residential estate (not "SAFARI" like the ad/voucher claims). The horse was nice. But thats about it.
