Terrible Service

Made an appointment with Esmie and confirmed it via Whatsapp. Drove about an hour to get there and when I got there she was not answering my calls. After waiting a while she started whatsapping me to say that my appointment cannot happen on the day as she had a crisis and forgot to notify me. This was extremely disappointing as I travelled from far and wasted my time, effort, petrol and money on the voucher. I would never go back there as the merchant was very rude and inconsiderate and would not take my calls.
