Extremely bad service

I have booked for horse riding for 4, after booking they created whatsapp group with some rules like if you arrive 10min before your slot will be forfeit, not to call, that was strange but we arrived 2 hours before our slot. Then we were convinced to get photoshoot of R300, unfortunately when we have to get pictures transferred to our phones there was load shedding. We made payment and promised to get pictures transferred to our phones immediately when the electricity is back. Well after 2 hours, i checked with them, they ignored me. After another 2 hours they ignored. I told them to tranfer my money back or i will bring the police in the morning. The lady started to tell me how can i bring police for R200, which R200 i don't know. And how her husband is walking on the sun for us, that's how i thank him. I saw that this people want money not to serve people. How should I thank something i paid for? At the end of rhe day i brought business to them. She send the pics, the next day she wanted proof of payment and calling. I blocked them. They send a sms saying I'm scared to take their calls and they are taking this further. I will screenshot and send our chats so you can see what kind of people they are. I even told my friends to get alternative horse riding, otherwise they will regret. They will send endless platter pics and photos just for marketing but you will wait for your pics for 8 hours and the lady is rude
