ESDA Horse Riding Adventure ****med me

On the 27 /12/2024 I booked at Esda Horse riding for the rides and massage and the full pay was made. On the 28 /12/2024 when we were about to leave the house, the owner ( Esmie) informed me that it's raining then I canceled but I asked her what's gonna happen or she'll refund me but she said she'll see and she'll talk to the HR and get back to me in the morning.

In the morning I suggested to come but she ignored me. Later she told too much stories and she kept emphasizing that there's no refund and I must apologize for breaking her business. She's very rude and she's frightening me with her lawyer. She's not taking calls and she's also no longer replying to my messages.
