Eschelon Emergency Roadside Assistance

<p> As part of my Insurance I get free roadside assistance from Eschelon. YAY!!! </p> <p>Just called them as I have a flat battery. Held on for 6 min listening to a stupid computer. Eventually I was told I was through to the wrong department and was asked to call again. I refused to call again, so the lady took down my details and got someone to call me which took 10minutes. They took 30 min to find a service provider to assist me who said they will be another 50 minutes. Luckily for me I was in a safe place. Now I'm waiting. I wonder how long the service provider's 50 min is (maybe 2 hours)</p> <p>Why call it EMERGENCY response????? </p>
