Escapology - Unacceptable customer satisfaction

Went to Escapology because my current beautician’s machine was in for repairs. After a month of the laser hair removal treatment, the hair started growing which should not have been the case. During the session, the owner was critical of my usual beautician. When I laid a complaint verbally, she was in denial and suggest I incur additional costs and get a blood test done. Her comments were contradictory throughout the conversation. No customer satification or attempt to come to some resolution.
