disgusting - no service

We signed an agreement for a year and they were to give us a new website for our company. After 8 months we got an e.mail to say they had decided to part management in the company and would not be doing our website etc etc . No mention of a refund or sorry ! We are now unable to contact Brent who was responsible for the whole thing. Absolutely DO NOT use these guys.
