useless equipment taking up space

I have been a member of Escape Umhlange for about 3 yrs now. My main complaint is that they have useless equipment just taking up space and making the gym look well equipped. Its only when when u use certain machines that u realise they don't work properly. There's many other faults like hygiene and *********** staff( if u pay peanuts, u will get ******s to do the job). The owner is AWARE of everthing wrong at the gym but because most members are docile/passive Indians, he is taking advantage. Another gripe is that during the Christmas/New Years period the gym is closed for a week altogether. There's many members who want to train during this time. Surely the owner can get a few people to work just for that week.
