Unhappy customer

Unfortunately you have to rate it in order to write a review. This gym is the most unprofessional and inefficient. I have been paying for a gym contract without going. From the time lockdown started I have had no notice or info as to what will happen, but my account was still being deducted. This morning the amount increased and was never informed. The stuff is so low in standards the gym smells like urine. The machines doesn't work 90 percent of the time. We all have had major problems due to the lockdown however escape gym just doesn't want to let us unhappy customers go as the so greedy for making money. It is hard at the moment for us. Even a R143 is alot of money. I have been told many times from the stuff that they will call me back,no one does. Please guys don't waste yourls time going there.
