Shady debits from escape gym

I recently took up a 3 year long contract mid January for R130 pm and had a debit go off on 4th of Feb which bounced due to late salary from my company.. I went in to escape gym today 06/02 and was told I needed to pay an additional R90 on top of my usual 130 fee because of the failed debit order.. Which I feel is unreasonable since my bank already charged me for the failed debit. And they never showed any proof that the failed debit costed escape R90 to claim from myself..
