no customer policy what so ever

<p>hi i went in to the escape gym phoenix branch in durban yesterday evening the 29/08/2016 i signed up for a membership me and my husband i called in this morning even emailed them that i want to cancell and i dont want a debit order of 500 rand to be debited out of my account tomorrow on the 31st /08/2016 no one got back to me i have been callng the whole day and we never even used the gym or got acess cards so on so i wanted feed back mo even bothered to call me back plz see to it that this is taken care of they are completely useless</p>
