I want to cancel my contract!!!

I would like assistance as I don’t kno wat to do anymore. I joined escape gym last year June and last attended in September 2018. I have been paying monthly even when I was not going till to date. Since May I’ve been emailing them and calling to ask for them to cancel my contract as it has been finished. They either ignore me or they tell me different amounts I need to pay! I’m fed up and will be escalating to ombudsman soon!
