handed over

Hi ,it seems like companys just dont care about theys consumers ,they do the wrong ,then when needed to sort the issue out it takes years ,then we end up getting handed over to collection companys who sends us threatning messages ,i have been contacted and told that my account was being queried but i havent received feedback or even a mail stating the outcome ,i keep emailing a guy who is a manager ,but gets no response ,i advise people not to make the wrong decisions and dnt be fooled with they promotions ,you guys will only regret it and be stressed oh not to forget black listed like i am ,im still waiting for feed back and its like one month gone after 2 years has past speaking to people from the gym who have been of no help to me.
