Escape the Escape

Besides the nice vibe and atmosphere, we waited over an hour for our meals. The starters had not even come out. After asking the waitress countless times, she just mentioned it's coming. After an hour I told them I want to cancel and go home. They kept me waiting another few minutes, to come out and tell me they dishing. After another 5 minutes, I got up asked to see the manager, as i cannot believe we were even started to be kept waiting to cancel.

After speaking to the manager, he came out to say the kit hen is overwhelmed. Which was rediculous as the place was not even full.... And that they packing all the food in takeaway containers. After another 10 minutes, they came with the food in containers and my bill. I was shocked to see they still wanted us to pay for everything... And to tell me that we can get free milkshakes when we come back. How does a promise of a milkshake even makes a customer feel better...

And when we got home to finally eat, thr meat was so raw, I could hear the *** on the plate. This is definitely a place we will not be returning too.
