Cancellation Of Gym Contract P141916 I joined Escape gym in 2016 Myself and my wife only went a few times to the gym. When taking the contract the Gym guys told us we can call in and freeze the contract for 6 months if you do not use the gym .I have always phoned them and even went personally to the gym to do this. I have always freeze the contract when my wife gave birth and still paid our fees every month. Now when it comes to the end of the contract they tell me I have no freeze period on the contract I should have filled in paperwork. They are a bunch of rip-offs now conveniently I should have filled out paperwork for this.
