ESCAPE GYM IS ONLY GOOD FOR A BRIBE

Good day, people need to know about escape gym before they join. You need to make an informed decision. Escape gym members gave me a 7 day free trial I wanted to test out. On the first day they forced me to sign a contract filled it in for me. Ticked their own boxes and made me sign. The guy Colin took me to the bank to check for my account number and made an account for me on the first day I was surprised. I picked up a terrible life threatening ailment and couldn't continue to gym after the 7 days and still had to pay. I went to Colin in the first month and said I want to cancel he said I cant. And I thought a grace period or even a Consumer Protection Act. When I went to him after that taking my husband Colin said need to pay a bribe. Which I said I will never do to change my account. I contacted the head office and they can't help me. I urge others who want to join escape gym phoenix not to join as it is dirty and people spend hours on one machine not giving a chance to others it's a waste of time. One rather choose other gyms that can help them reach their goals. Poor service poor staff, unhelpful managers. Poor customer service.
