ESCAPE GYM - A WHOLE BUNCH OF ******* JUST TRYING TO CON PEOPLE OF MONEY - YOU CAN GO TO HELL !

Around August 2017 I had been to the Escape Gym in Umhlanga, I had been there to inquire about joining the gym and had been consulted by a person by the name of Collin Naidoo, I did mention to him that I had a baby in March 2017 via C-section and was looking at wanting to join the gym at around Nov 2017. I was offered a free week trial and was told that once I was happy with the facility that I would need to complete the application and could join, so I said to the guy that he should give me the documents I will complete them at home and bring them back when I was ready, he said he needed to take my id number and name down in order to give me the app as this is standard procedure for the consultation. I assured him that I would call him when I was ready to join and when I would come for the free trial, since then alot had happened and I never went to the gym neither did I ever see that guy ever again. It is now almost 2 years later and I get a call stating that I owe R19000 for a gym contract. I called to speak to Collin apparently he does not work there and I asked to speak to the owner the lady at reception says she does not know what the owners name is as she refers to him as boss, REALLY? SO I HAVE LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER TO CALL ME, STILL NO REPLY, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED WITH ANY SERVICE PROVIDER LIKE I AM RIGHT NOW AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE ******* TO ANYONE.
