Does not respond and doesnt bother to help

Husband signed up gym membership for both of us, we subsequently cancelled within 5 days as he was under the impression there were separate female facilities (which they meant were the toilets being separate. We both never used the gym but they only cancelled one of the memberships and kept debiting my account every month and its 3 years now. The also double debit me in December every year. <br> <br> I would like someone to alteast respond to my query. They keep saying someone will get back to me and everytime i call back i have to explain my story all over again.
