Bad service

Pathetic service. I cannot get anyone to assist me. I'm paying for a service that cannot be used during this lockdown period. I spoken to a sales consultant by the name of Tatym. She says she can't get in contact with anyone from her managment team. Without a job for over a period of 3 months. This money can help us put food on the table. Can someone urgently respond to my request.
