Bad service

Okay this is how it goes in the beginning of this year I spoke to a lady adviser from the phoenix this was over the phone then I was told to come in to sign up. Due to me finishing work late everyday I managed to get a chance to go see this lady so she spoke to me for about 5 minutes telling me about the specials that they were running so I agreed to take the vip access that cost 200 rand so she made me sign the papers and also told me that I could start immediately and only start paying end of next month which was in march but in order for my account to be active I need to pay an amount of 250 and get my access card but I didn't pay to do that due to personal problem I have and I did cancel and emailed these people numerous times but never got a feedback now I'm being debited from my account which I don't leave anthe funds for that so they put my name in the payment defaults. I think this is not fair. Please let me know what you think.
