Bought seat covers for my HUMMER H3 10 years ago. Driver's side bottom cover got worn through after 10 years in two sections only. Escape Gear replaced the two sections and posted it to me within a week free of charge. Amazing product as original leather seat is still as new. Management and staff top-class.
