Poor Service

I waited or 7 hours to be attended, I arrive at 13:30pm and was attended at 21:48pm. Only to find out that only one nurse was consulting. There were many patients and other nurses gave some patients a very bad attitude when they asked that why is only one nurse that's consulting.
