Errolds Plumbing-Do Not Trust Him

We had an issue with our floor, I live in a flat and the downstairs neighbor complained about water seeping from their ceiling so we contacted Errold to sort out the leak only When he came he said he can sort the leak out but it is best if we remove the tub and put a shower cubicle He then Quoted us R4500.00 for the job and he he will do a good job as he have 40 years experience so we excepted so during the the job he kept requesting for money which we had to borrow to give him. We told him that we just want a standard shower place he made it a bigger size putting us more in debt and when he complete the shower place when we get the cubicle will he come fit it for us then he tell us no and that was not including in the price and pay desperate for that so I told him why did he not tell us in the first place he is telling it's a separate job And he added more costs on the R4500 another R250.00 then another R650.00 total charges was R5400.00 R900.00 more than the original amount Quoted Anyways we owed him a balance of R2150.00 but he kept insisting we owe him R2600.00 but after I proved to him he then said it was a mistake and must not worry he will fit the door without charging us and after we got the door he said he will come in the weekend of 17/11/2018 to fit it We called him on the 16/11/2018 and he informed us he will come on 17/11/2018 to do the job so since then he has been ignoring our calls and messages We had to hire another tiles and pay more money just to make the work presentable Please assist us in this issue His details are Errold Plumbers Name: Errold Cell: ********** 307 Thanks in advance and God Bless
