Very bad service

Errands Group promised to deliver my daughters boxes from Bloemfontein today and all of a sudden the phone goes to voice mail and when it rings no answer until it goes to voicemail. My daughter paid them R2300 upfront and to get her staff moved from Bloemfon to Joburg. We sent emails and not getting any joy as well.
